Trade Term
| Delivery time | 5-30 days after deposit arrived the exact delivery time is based on which model you need and working voltage request |
| Payment | 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping after machine finish, we will send fully details photos and testing videos for clients confirm, we also support third party agent inspection, after you check the finish machine is ok for you, than arrange the balance |

| Guarantee | Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price |
Maintenance Tips
| 1. You need to sharpen blade regularly (the sharpening frequency depend on what materials you cut and daily working hours), we supply sharpening machine, or some clients also solve sharpening problem by themselves) |
| 2. You need exchange new blades, generally the blade life normally is 10-24 months depend on different materials, once the blades are getting old or broken, please contact us to get new one and replace the old blades |
