Design & Working Principle
Joful cellophane cutting machine adopt with rotating twisted knife design, with application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear, just like a big scissors, high speed rotating cutting, the discharge port with detachable screen, screen size can be customizable as your cutting final size request, one machine can equipped with different size screen, fully meet you different cutting size request
Beside, we also supply related equipments such like fan device, dusty removal device, opener device, sorting machine, we have cooperation factories supply metal detector, washing & dry equipments, granulator, if you need such equipments we can also support you, or we recommend our cooperation factory to you, you discuss details with them directly

Tips For Machine Using
| Please put the machine on a open flat floor, avoid tilt |
| Avoid metal materials, this may hurt or even broken the blades |
| Please sharpening the blades (both rotary and stationary blades) regularly according to our suggestion |
| After finish installation, please operate the empty machine for 30 minutes, to check if every parts working good |
| Please do not try to repair the machine yourself, if any problem happened, pls stop the machine and contact us, we will solve your problem in the first time |

Tips For Machine Maintenance
| You need to sharpen blade regularly, we will suggest you sharpening frequency according to the materials you cut and your daily working hours, pls following our suggestion |
| You need exchange new blades .(generally the blades lifespan 10-26 months depend on what materials you cut and daily working hours) |

Guarantee
Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price
