Design & Working Principle
Joful sponge foam cutting machine adopt with rotating twisted knife design, with application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear, just like a big scissors, high speed rotating cutting, the discharge port with detachable screen, screen size can be customizable according to your final cutting size request, one machine can equipped with different size screen, fully meet you cutting size request
Application
Joful "J" series shredder machine can be used on pp bags, woven bags, jumbo bags, tons bags, airbags, PP/PE/PVC bags, beside it can also be used for other materials such like fabric, textile, clothes, jeans, pants, cotton, quilt, foam, sponge, fibers, yarn, plastic films, PU, leather, carpets, rugs, fishing nets, ropes etc, as long as they are soft materials

Warm Tips
1. Please put the machine in a open flat place
2. Avoid metal materials, that will hurt the blades
3. Running the empty machine for 30 minutes, after machine finish installation, to check if every parts works well
4. Please sharpening the blades (moving blades and fix blades) regularly according to our suggest
5. Please do not try to fix or repair the machine yourself if any problem happen, pls contact us firstly, we will solve your problem in the first time
After Sales Support & Guarantee
Guarantee
Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price
Maintenance Tips
* You need to sharping blade regularly, we will suggest you sharpening frequency according to the materials you cut and your daily working hours, pls following our suggestion
* You need exchange new blades .(generally the blades lifespan 10-26 months depend on what materials you cut and daily working hours)
