We are manufacturer with more than 15 years design and manufacturing experience on blade & cutters.
The blades are made of special alloy steel with high strength, strong antiwear and reparability.Our plastic shredder machine use low speed, high torque hook shear blades manufactured of high alloy heat treated steel mounted on hexagonal shafts. The number of hooks, reach of hooks, and blade thickness are determined by the material being reduced.
The electric part takes advantage of SIEMENS PLC program and touch screen control with video monitor system and the automatic detecting overload protection function. Depends on which type material need to shred & output size demand,we'll recommand one shaft , double shaft or four shaft shredder machine accordingly.

How does the machine work ?
Step 1. The material walk into the inner part of the chamber box through the feeding system.
Step 2. The box is loaded with tear blades, and the material is torn apart, extruded, cut and so on.
Step 3. The material is shredded into small pieces and discharged from the bottom part of the box.

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
