For crushing loose HDPE film,there are 3 types design shredder can choose,which are rotating twisted knife crusher machine,double shaft shredder and four shaft shredder . The rotating twisted knife crusher features with customizable capacity,uniform discharge size ,very small final size (minimum can be around 2mm )and economic cost, besides the HDPE film,it also can crush other soft type materials.
The double shaft and four shaft shredder also with customizable capacity,the final size will be more bigger than the size from rotating twisted knife crusher ,besides shred the soft type materials, this two types shredder can also shred rigid materials like PET bottles,aluminum cans,plastic etc . The design ,size and configuration of machines are different base on different shredding demands. Therefore,before we could offer quotation,we need to know your detailed shred demand,like which material you need to shred ? capacity demand per hour and final size request.

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
