Joful Single shaft woven bags bale shredder consists of moving cutter and stationary knife work together to complete shredding demand. Cutter is consisit by base rotor and quadrilateral shape moving knife blocks. Moving knife block has 4 cutting edges, they are replacing use. Moving knife blocks are arranged in multiple" V-Shape" rows along the base rotor and fixed via screws on the base rotor, rotating together with the base rotor, the two together we call it moving cutter. There are two groups of stationary knife, fixed in the rack. The material is pushed by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder to cutter direction. The speed is smooth and adjustable,propulsion is large and uniform .
Besides the single shaft design shredder, we also many many other design woven bags shredder / crusher. The machine design / size and configurations are different towards to different crushing demand.

And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
